He was born in San Miguel de Tucumán on February 24, 1982, where he has lived since then. He is Founder and Treasurer of Federalismo y Libertad, and directs the "Alberto Benegas Lynch (h)" School of said institution. He completed his primary and secondary studies at the Tulio García Fernández School and is a Certified Public Accountant from the Universidad del Norte Santo Tomás de Aquino (UNSTA).
He was a rugby player and coach of children's divisions at the Tucumán Lawn Tennis Club.
He has experience in the public and private sectors. In the former, he worked at the Social Security Control Unit of the Institute of Social Security of the Province of Tucumán. In the private sector he worked in several companies, as an independent professional and as a gastronomic entrepreneur.
He also worked as Educational Director at the Tucumán headquarters of Fundación Junior Achievement, the largest educational foundation in the world, where he trained and gained experience in alternative educational systems and non-formal education.
He has participated as an organizer, moderator and speaker in important academic events and dissemination of the ideas of freedom and was co-founder of the Latin American Youth Liberal Network in 2011, a network of young Latin Americans for the promotion and dissemination of the principles, proposals, ideas and solutions of liberalism for the region.
Manuel nació en San Miguel de Tucumán el 24 de Febrero de 1982, donde reside desde entonces. Es Fundador y Tesorero de Federalismo y Libertad, y dirige la Escuela “Alberto Benegas Lynch (h)” de dicha institución. Realizó sus estudios primarios y secundarios en el Colegio Tulio García Fernández y es Contador Público por la Universidad del Norte Santo Tomás de Aquino (UNSTA).
Se desempeñó como jugador de rugby y entrenador de divisiones infantiles en el Tucumán Lawn Tennis Club.
Hizo experiencia en el sector público y privado. En el primero lo hizo en la Unidad de Control Previsional del Instituto de Previsión y Seguridad Social de la Provincia de Tucumán. En la actividad privada trabajó en varias empresas, como profesional independiente y como empresario gastronómico.
También ejerció como Director Educativo en la sede tucumana de Fundación Junior Achievement, la fundación educativa más grande del mundo, donde se capacitó y ganó experiencia en sistemas educativos alternativos y educación no formal.
Ha participado en carácter de organizador, moderador y disertante en importantes eventos académicos y de difusión de las ideas de la libertad y fue cofundador de la Red Liberal de Jóvenes de América Latina en el año 2011, una red red de jóvenes latinoamericanos para la promoción y divulgación de los principios, propuestas, ideas y soluciones del liberalismo para la región.
